Bio
Upon graduating from high school, I enrolled at Gallaudet University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with minors in Deaf Studies and Biology in 2023. During my time at Gallaudet, I was actively involved in campus activities, including serving as a Peer Health Advocate. In this role, I collaborated with campus partners to promote engagement, education, and awareness surrounding physical and holistic wellness.
I joined the Tennessee Schools for the Deaf community in August 2025 as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, which provided a strong foundation for understanding campus operations and community needs. In April 2026, I transitioned into the role of School Safety Coordinator for the Knoxville campus. In this position, I draw upon my background in public health to support comprehensive school safety initiatives and preparedness efforts. I have greatly enjoyed serving the TSD community in this capacity and look forward to continuing to contribute to our growth and success!
