Tennessee Schools for the Deaf Home


In accordance with the Governor's order, Tennessee Schools for the Deaf at all three campuses (Knoxville, Nashville, and WTSD Jackson) are closed through Friday, April 24, 2020 due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. Voice mail and e-mail messages will be returned when staff return to campus.

TSD Updates 3/26/2020

Tennessee Schools for the Deaf, all campuses, will be closed through April 24, 2020. TSD Knoxville residential students will return to campus on Sunday April 26th and classes will resume for all campuses on Monday, April 27th. TSD Announces a New App for School News, Events, and Push Notifications!

Tennessee Schools for the Deaf has a new app for school news, events, and push notifications. Information on downloading the app with a QR code is provided in this announcement. TSD Launches New Webpages on COVID-19 and Important Information for TSD

Tennessee Schools for the Deaf (TSD) has launched a new set of webpages on the COVID-19 virus with information from reputable sources and information in ASL and English about the impacts on TSD, including videos of the Superintendent's information. TSD is committed to providing our students, staff, and the community important information in ASL and English as we are able to put it together.
