Bio

Growing up connected to a seven-generation Deaf family, I have always been rooted in Deaf culture and community. I graduated from one of North Carolina’s two schools for the Deaf, and my passion for Deaf education is both personal and professional.

As a parent of a former TSD student and as a contract and noncontract employee with over eight years of service, I strongly believe Deaf schools are the best place for our students to succeed. I am committed to supporting and advocating for their growth every day.
