Deaf Mentor & Parent Advisor Program

DM

The Deaf Mentor and Parent Advisor Program, through Tennessee Schools for the Deaf (TSD), is a statewide service that is dedicated to providing support to families with children who have hearing loss from birth to five. Providers are certified and trained in the research-validated and evidence-based SKI*HI model. The program provides support to parents, families, and the child(ren) in a variety of ways. There are two concurrent components to the program: Deaf Mentoring and Parent Advising.
