Operations
The Operations department for all campuses of the Tennessee Schools for the Deaf encompasses six areas/teams that serve all three campuses: Facilities (maintenance and custodial), Information Technology (IT), Interpreting Services, Media Archives, Safety & Projects, and Security. Each of these teams provide critical support to the overall operation of each campus, staff, and students.
The work and role of the Operations department is to maximize resources to enhance overall operations for our campuses that in turn support the school's goal of improving outcomes for deaf and hard of hearing students. Our goal is to enhance the work in these areas to provide a safe environment for students and staff on all three campuses.
